Later in the day, four bus drivers complained of dizziness while on their respective routes and had to pull over, according to MTS officials. Replacement drivers were brought in, MTS officials told 10News.
Sources told 10News two of the drivers -- both female -- were hospitalized.
Four bus drivers and an employee were placed on paid leave, MTS officials confirmed.MTS official Rob Schupp said an internal investigation would determine if authorities are notified or will be involved in the investigation process.
10News will have more information on this developing story at 11 p.m.
Commentary: What bothers me about this story are the mysterious sources that 10News are going by to authenticate this story. Should it be genuinely true that the 4 bus drivers didn't know that the brownies were laced, then only the person who made them should be fired. Hopefully the truth in this matter shall become known soon.
